Recently, LIANGGU Valve Group delivered a batch of DN500, 2.2-meter-high ASME spring-loaded safety valves for the Shenhua Baotou Coal-to-Olefins Upgrade Demonstration Project.

This project, developed by China Energy Group as a key national demonstration initiative, involves a total investment exceeding RMB 10 billion. It covers the complete industrial chain, including coal gasification, methanol synthesis, MTO (Methanol-to-Olefins), and polyolefin production, and is recognized as a landmark project promoting the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China.

They are installed at critical points such as reactors, separators, storage tanks, and steam systems to prevent overpressure and potential accidents, directly impacting the safe and stable operation of the entire plant. The safety valves delivered by LIANGGU are manufactured using precision machining processes and undergo rigorous set-pressure calibration and testing, ensuring responsive and reliable performance under complex media conditions and high-temperature, high-pressure environments. This provides strong support for long-term, full-load operation of the project.
